"I always know that when Craig shows up at my site that my problem will be resolved quickly. It doesn't matter what type of equipment it is, he can fix it. When we new pumps and he had to interface them with my existing network. He explained to me that the new equipment was going to cause a conflict with my security system and the store's network. He told us that he could work that out and did so with very little down time. He showed me that he would have to redo my subnet and the ip addressing scheme and made the changes without interuption to my business. He was so careful to make sure that I would only have one pump down at a time during the transition. I was happy with the results. He did such a great job on my first store that I had him do two others with the same setup. All three were done with little transition problems and continue to work well.

This LAN configuration allows me to access the store from home so I can monitor my security camera and other store functions. Craig never stops learning new things to assist him in his daily work. I would definitely hire him to do any other work I need

Craig was a Service Technician at our branch in Edmonton from early 2000 to 2002. He performed his duties diligently and with proficiency. Craig was an asset right from the beginning until the day he left.
